At Orators Hub, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. Please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  1. No Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable once the course has started.

  2. Cancellations: Cancellations prior to the start of the program may be eligible for partial refunds, subject to administrative deductions.

  3. Program Postponement: If a program is rescheduled by Orators Hub, you may choose to attend the rescheduled session or transfer your enrollment to another program of equal value.

  4. Exceptional Cases: Refunds for exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies) will be evaluated at Orators Hub’s discretion.

Shipping and Exchange Policy

Orators Hub provides digital products and services, eliminating the need for physical shipping. For any physical materials, the following applies:

  1. Digital Delivery: All course materials, certificates, and resources are delivered electronically via email or secure downloads.

  2. Physical Shipping: For occasional physical deliveries (e.g., merchandise), shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of purchase.

  3. Exchange Policy: Physical items can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt for manufacturing defects. Proof of defect is required.

  4. No Exchange for Digital Products: Digital products and services are non-exchangeable.
